This procedure, not meeting with the concurrence of the Cantonese shareholders in the North, they promptly telegraphed to their com patriots in Hongkong and Canton, with the A. S. In response to that appeal, a meeting of shareholders was held in Hongkong on Monday, H.E. Cheang Pat-isz, who presided, beingsupported by H.E. Wu Ting-fang. The result of that meeting has already been published. Three resolutions were passed.
