The news of the passage through the Wash ington Senate of the new Immigration Bill in creating something of a panic among the Jap anese emigration companies. A'Tokyo mas: sago states that the greater portion of the Jap. Roese labourers proceeding to Hawaii have in view an ultimate transmigration to the United States. If their entrance into America from Hawail is prohibited, all the fapanese. la fa43 bourers proceeding to the Pacific islands
