In the West, desenting her home, ibe flaunts abroad, and screams for equal rights with man in all the departments of life: she regards the weakpers of womanhood as degrading and the duties of womanhood as slavery. Woman to-day is master in the Westem world, and Westera civilisation is suffering severely in consequence.

In Eastern civilisation woman has kept in the position for which she is physically fitted. Therefore is Eastern civilisation gradually regaining its ascendancy, and growing vigor ously as Western civilisation decays. A civilisation hysterically swayed by women and boys must in the long run go down before n civilisation ordered, and maintained by strong and resolute men.
