Marine Insurances-Unions have had sharp rite to 5810, at which rate they have been negotiated, and there are "further buyers, Cantons are procurable at $295.

Whatle are steady at 195. Hongkong and Whampoa Docka, have been sold at $140 close ing with further sellers. Shanghai Docks have buyers in the North at Tls. 107. Hongkew Wharves are in request at Ths. 235 for the old shares,, and Tls. 225 for the new.. Yangiszp Wharfs have advanced to Tis. 240.

· Lands, otels and Buildings.--Hongkong Hotels continue very firm and are wanted at $122. Hongkong Lands are unchanged. Kow- loon Lands are quoted at Sizi ex the div. of Sz paid on the 5th instant. Shanghai Lands

have been sold at Tis, 106, A statement of the Company's accounts for the year ending 31st December, 1906, is published. The net profits for that period, after deducting the interim dividend of 6. per cent, paid in Tuly 11t amount to Is. 319 755.34 which the Directors recommend should be apportioned in the following manner-To pay a final dividend of Tla. 3 (new shares Tls. 0.75) and a bonus of Tis. T (new shares Tls. 0.19) absorbing altogether Tis. 237.777.30 and to carry for ward the balance of Tis, 61,978.04 th new account. Humphrey's Estates are obtainable at $12. The report of the directori. of this Company for the year ending December 31st, 1906, has been issued to shareholders. The optimistic forecast is very generally in dulged in that, upon resumption of business,
