The prosecutor stated that he was ployed by the Harbour Office, and was engaged to raise various obstructions susk in the harbour. He was working it's sunken júnk near Jardine's buoy yesterday when the three defendants came to where plaintiff's men 'were engaged, pud placed their boats, so close to where the operations were proceeding as to prevent hit men from getting the sankes jonk in position for raising.. Plaintiff explained to in that he was working under the orders of the Harbour Department, and that they must go away at once, as if they did not, they would be reported to the Harbour Master, They refused to move away, and so plaintiffs' made an official report against them, and a Boarding Officer went out and told them to ga away, but they still refused to do so. (n scrount of the obstruction caused by these men's boats in the vicinity, two of complainant's junks were put out of business, thus causing great delay in the work of clearing the barbour, The Boarding Officer corroborated the abuve.
