TAKAO KAmbara, a Japanese fireman, on board 4.3. Chinkai Mars, was arraigned before Mr. F. A. Hazeland this morning on a charge of being drunk and disorderly in Ship treat the previous night. Police constable Hynes prose- cuted. The defendant, it was stated in evidence, was refused admittance to a certain house. After placing the tee of his boot to the door on several occasions and finding that the door still stood the bombardman, Takao raised his voice to the top of his longs and did such good work that he stirred the neighbourhood.
