It is not my object to follow "Warning" into the details of shares, but in ons matter he is surely wrong. 1am convinced that a Wharf Co. could begin to earn money in under four years, and even if they could not what interest are Duck shareholden going to get by letting this property remain idle in the hands of their directors? What interest have they had on this property for the last four years?
Let people put aside the question of shares and hesitate before they reject ibis scheme As a speculation. It appears to be more lika, a business proposal to be discussed nå its merits, and the only one of the Dock schemes in which speculation has not played the leading part-Jam, etc.,
