Chow Fu, Viceroy-designate of the two Kwang provinces, in which he states that he had arranged to proceed to Canton all the way in the C. M. S. N. Co.'s Sen Yee, and started from Kiangling in that vessel, but, on getting on board, he says, he found there was no electric installation on board, and thus travel- ling would not be so comfortable for him as in a bost that had such an installation.
