1.Whether the administration, of the Sani. tary and Building Regulations enacted by the Public Health and Buildings Ordins anco, 1923, as now carried out is satisfac pory, and, if not, what improvements can be made.

2. Whether any irregolarity or corruption exists on has existed among the officials charged with the administration of the aforesaid Regulation.
