On the 6th March, 1905, 12,000 bags of the quality and description contracted for were packed by the direction and under the supervi sion of the plaintiffs into six y packages and on. the following day removed by the plaintiffs from the premises of the defendant firm, and they were accepted by the plaintiffs in fuiflment of the said contract.
