We have not heard that the Equitable policyholders are dying more rapidly than usual, or that the Company is less able or willing than before to meet is liabilities."

Remarks of this kind emanating from an insurance authority, and being exactly correct, deserve attention and acceptance. Policy- holders are as fully secured while their interests are belter protected than they were before the publication of the newspaper reports now dealt with.
