Hazeland, Peter Stephen Ledbury, of 13 Austin Road, Kowloon, was charged with perjury before Mr. Arathcon Seth, 1,5:0, Registrar, Supreme Court, in giving evidence under commis sion, in a case of Thomas Alexander Hit- chell versus Henrietta Maud Mitchell, of Kowloon, now pending in the First Division of the Court of Sessions at Edinburgh, wherein he did unlawfully, falsely, knowingly, wilfully, corruptly and maliciously did depose, "swear and give evidence intending to pervert the due course of law and justice.. Evidence of the arrest having been given the case was remand.. ed, bail being allowed in the sum of $1,500 Mr. R. Harding, of Messrs.
