JOHN GOOTH, a seaman from the U.S.S. Buford, was charged with being drunk and disorderly on the Star Ferry Company's Kowloon Wharf on the 13th inst. He was placed before Mr. G. F. Orme this morning, and admitted the charge. He was fined $2 or 7 days.
