The Official Receiver then reported that the assets were dat equal to sos, in the pound, that the bankrupt had failed to keep proper books, that he had traded after know- ledge of insolvency, that he had given undue preference to one of his creditors within three months of the receiving order, and that he bed made a previous arrangement with his creditors. The bankrupt consented to have judgment entered against him for £1,500, to be paid at the rate of £300 a year. The first year's pay got was not made, but when the bankrupt came back from his tour in July, 1902, be filed a Hatement showing a surplus of income over expenditure to the amount of £500, of which
