On the 26th at 1.45 am. The barometer has risen in Japan and fallen in Central China: in S. Chins and the Philippines the charges jare unimportant.

The depression referred to on the 23rd etc. has moved into the Pacific SE. of Tokio; and the second depression has entered the Yellow Sea S of Shantung peninsula.

Gradients are slight on the China Coast, and light variable winds will prevail in the Formosa Channel, and light E. winds in the northern part of the China Sea.
