Record Trip Yokohama to San Francisco made by s.s. "KOREA," 11,276 tons, Oct. 18th- 28th, 1902: 10 days, 15 hours.
HA P. M. Company's Steamship "KOREA" will be despatched for SAN FRAN THECO, CHANGHAL, NAGASAKI, KOBE, INLAND SEA, YOKOHAMA and HONOLULU, on THURSDAY, the 10th March, at Noon, taking Freight for Japan, the United States, and Europe. Passengers are allowed to break their journey at any point en route.
Through Passage Tickets granted to England, France and Germany by all trans-Atlantic lines of Steamers, and to the principal cities of the United States or Canada.
Passengers holding through ORDERS TO EUROPE have the choice of the Overland Rail Routes from San Francisco, including the SOUTHERN PACIFIC, CENTRAL PACIFIC, UNION PACIFIC, DENVER and RIO GRANDE, and NORTHERN PACIFIC RAIL WAY; also the CANADIAN PALIFIC RAILWAY on payment of £4 in addition to the regular tarif rate.

Military Authorities that GUN PRACTICE: will be carried out from Upper Belchers and Fly Point Batteries in a North-Westerly direc tion at ranges from 4,000 to 4,500 yards on the 4th March, 1904, and from Stonecutters West and East Batteries in a South-Westerly direction at ranges from 600 to 4,000 yards on the 5th March, 1904.
If the weather is unfavourable on either of the above dates, practice will take place on the 7th proximo.
