"The remuneration of the General Managers shall be a sum not exceed- ing $8,000. per annum (which shall cover office rent and salaries of Secre- tary and other employees) and a com- mission of 5 per cent. of the net profits of the Company for each year that such profits amount to 7 per cent. of the Capital of the Company"
