vatory:-

On the 10th at 11.52 a.. The barometer has fallen considerably over NE. Japan, risen slightly on the China coast.

The Northern depression has moved into the Pacific to the E. of Japan.

A circular depression may be forming to the Southward of Hongkong in the low pressure trough, which Des over the N. part of the China Sea.

Pressure remains high over N. China. Strong NE. winds in the Formosa Channel, and off the S. coast of China.
