H.M.S. Sirius from Singapore-Left thero on Monday the 13th inst., ca ried out the usual. quarterly target practice, on the 15th making; So per cent of hits, at ranges varying between 2,000 and 3.000 yards. Except for rain and a heavy squall off the Gulf of Tonkin, the usual monsoon weather was experienced.
