On the 9th at noon. The barometer has fallen over Japan, risen over the Loochoos and China
coast.
The depression lying E. of the Loochons yesterday has moved NE, and lies now off the S. coast of Central Japan. Pressure is low also over Manchuria.
Pressure is relatively high over the E. coast of China and the middle part of the China Sea. Moderate NE. winds in the Formosa Channel, and moderate S. monsoon over the N. part of the China Sea.
