On the 7th at 11.55 a.m. The barometer has risen moderately over E, Japan, fallen slightly

over W. Japan and the China coast.

A shallow depression is lying over the the Eastern Sea between the E. coast of China and SW. Japan.

Pressure is relatively high over SE. Japan, and the NE, coast of China, still low over the Pacing to thG, NE, OF LUZIN.
