"Were it possible to furnish the market, Was invented to realise Baron von Liebig's at-a reasonable price, with a preparation of desire for a meat lood that would contain meat combining in itself the albuminous not only the stimulating properties of flesh together with the extractive principles, such as all Meat Extracts and Beef Teas do- a preparation would have to be preferred to extractum carnis, for it would contain all the nutritive constituents of meat. I have before stated that in preparing the Extract of Meat the albuminous, principies remain in the residue; they are most nutritive, and this is certainly a great disadvantage.
