Return Passage.-Passengers who do not hold round-trip tickets' but who have paid full first-class fare from ports of call in the Orient to the United States, Canada or Europe, and re- embark at San Francisco or Honolulu for the return voyage at any time within twelve months, will be allowed a reduction of ten per cent from fare, San Francisco or Honolulu, to anginal port of embarkation.
