"That in pursuance of the Special Re solutions passed on the 8th day of Decem ber, 1900, and confirmed on the 14th day of December, 1900, a Call of One Dollar per Share be made upon all the Holders of Ordinary Shares in the above Company and the same is hereby made. Such Call to be paid to the Bankers of the Company the Hongkong and Shanghai Bauking Corporation, at their premises, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, on or before the 20th day of February, 1901. And Notice is also given that in Accordance with Article as of the Company's Articles of Association, interest at the rate of $tu per Centum per Annum will be charged upon all Calls remaining unpaid after the zoth day of February, 1901, up to the actual dates of pay- ment of the same.
Shareholders are requested to note that, upon presentation at the Office of the Company of the Bankers' receipt for payment of the Call, and surrender of existing Certificates of the Shares pertaining thereto, New Shares Certifi cates will be issued bearing an endorsement of the payment of the said Call.
