THERE has just now been added to the Loins- ter collection of postage stamps in the National Museum, Dublin, says the Pall Mall Gauatie, one of the rarest known stamps. It is the fourpence blue of the first issue of Western Australia, with the awan in the centre inverted. There are very few specimens known, and this stamp was the gem of the Dyke of Leinster's
