of the Board of Directors of the above. Company, held at the Registered Office of the Company, Queen's Road Central Victoria, Hongkong, on Tuesday, the Twenty Seventh day of March, 1900, the following RESOLU TION were passed.

1.That in pursuance of the Provisions of the Special Resolution, passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on the 7th and con. firmert on the 27th March instant, and- since duly registered, the Sum of $1,250,000 be withdrawn, from the Reserved Fund and be carried as of the 2nd July next, to the Credit of Capital Account, ench Share being credited with a Suna of $25 as paid up thereon in addition to the Sum of $50 now standing to the credit of each Share.
