1-That in pursuance of the Provisions of

the Special Resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on the 7th and con- firmed on the 27th March instant, and since duly registered, the Sum of $1,250,000 be withdrawn froin the Reserved Fund and be carried as of the and july next, to the Credit of Capital Account, each Share being credited with a Sum of $25 as paid up thereon in addition to the Sum of $50 now standing to the credit of each Share.
