On the 16th lnst., the Fing Tung steam launch, belonging to Hongkong and (we believe) Aying the British flag, went to Ho Tong a village in the Sun Wul district, and stayed the night there. The pirates assumed charge of the launch and took her about ten miles away from Ho Tong, and picked up their confederates, some thirty or forty cut-throats, who compelled the crew of the launch to stay down below in the cabin.
