The Southern limit of the abstracted area will be about 600 yards North of the Northam Fair. way Busy, and will be marked on the Esat by a black conical budy, and on the West by a red conical boy. Red lights will be fixed on these buoys at night.

Imsglasty lines drawn due North from these buoys will mark the Eastern and Western mits respectively of the obstructed area.
