Dr. C. Thomson deposed-Os the 28th instant at noon made an examination on the body of deceased which I recognised as that of Mr. Wyla. The body was that of a man of about 40 years. found a bullet wound about an inch behind the right ear. It passed right through the head. The exit was about 4 lather behind and slightly above the left ear. His opinion was that death was caused by shock from the ballet woond. The body was quite fresh and in this cold weather it might have been dead four or five hours.
