Frank Barton, the American hustler and globa trotter, representing the Poffte Gasetts, who started from Clly Hall, New York, on January 8th, 1896, to travel around the world under the conditions that he should start without any money and melther beg, borrow, nor spend a cent on his tour, to settle a wager, arrived home last week, after an absence of about eighteen menths.
