OUR HARBOURS AND DOCKS IN

THE FAR EAST.

In the programme of sava! delences which the Admiralty is slowly but steadily elaborating for the Far East dockyards and coaling stasions are Important fac nis, writes Mr. W. R. Lewson in the Daily Minft. He proceeds:—
