foTalled to certain infractions of existing Treaty and Trade Regulations committed by Bittlab subjects and British vessels on the WEST RIVER and neighbourleg waters. Com- plaint has been made that launches are towing janks on the river without authority: that waregistered vessels are firing the British Flag:
