Vessels from Hongkong, & are permitted access to the West River only by either Wang mun or Meloman, and will be required to report on both inward and outward trips at eliber Capsulman (Kowloon Customs Station) or Mongchao (Lappa Castoms Station) These going vid Wangmun must take the Kar Channel and Jauction Channel, entering the West River at Flat Citis,
