SINGAPORE, August 4th. By the Colonial steamer Horsburgh, there arrived to-day the male, secord engineer, and als men of the steamer Rajah Brooko,hich vessel has gone ashore and is expected to become a total wreck on the Acasts Rock, about 150 miles from Singapore.

HONGKONG SHARE MARKET.
Hongkong, August 13th. Mease Benjamin, Kelly and Potts report as fellows in their Share List issued at 5 p.m. to-day :--
The market has been fairly active during the week and mast stocks, with the exception of Hongkong and Shangbai Banks and Indo Chinas, show a slight advance in rates.
Geo. Fenwick & Co., Limited, have called a private meeting of shareholders for the 13th fast. The Hangkorg and Kowloon Wharf sad Godown Company, Limited, have declared an interim dividend of 21 per cent for the half-year, payable on the 24th August.
BANKS.-Hongkong and Shanghal Banks have ruled easier owing to shares offering from the North and sales have been effected at 195, 194, 193, 193 and 191 per cent premium, closing with probable sellers at the latter rate.
