Kuala Lumpur, March 31st. A meeting of planters was held at Kuala Lamper on Monday, under the auspices of the Selangor Planters Assocision. Unfortunately. the Persk representatives, who were expected, did not silve. Very little discussion, therefore, took place, and, after transacting formal busi- ness, the meeting, adjourned. It was, however, dedded that there should be established a United Association of Maisyen Planters; and a pravlsional committee was arranged of two planters from each State.
