MAOISTERIAL PROCEEDINGS.
At the Police Court yesterday afternoon, before appeared to response to a summons charging Mr. T. Sercombe Smoltb, Mr. John Kennedy
of Nuisances, with having sold adolerated milk. kim, at the instance of J. T. Coton, Inspector Mr. H. L. Dennys appeared for Mr. Kennedy.
Inspector J. T. Cotton stated that at 7.30 .m. of the agih ulima he gave a coolle zo cents and an empty bottle, with fastractions to buy bottle of milk at Mr. Kennedy's dairy, bear the Tram Station. He watched the coeile from the Station, saw him talking to Mrs. Kennedy, and when he came out took the after returning to his house and baving breakfast, battle of milk from the coelle. At to o'clock, he gave the mük le the Secretary of the Sanktary Board, and afterwards, at his request, gave it to Mr. Crow at the Government Civil Hospital.
