(d) In the case of Mezzanine Floors, Storles ar Cocklofts on Ground Floors that do not comply with the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph, no permission will be granted for their continuance except for Storage purposes only, and provided that the space so encroached on by much Mezzanine Floor, Storry or Cockloft shall not be included in the calculd, tion of the cable capacity of the 100m available for habitation.
