Consular invoices of Gands for United States Points should be in quadruplicate; and one copy must be it forward, by the steamer to the care of the Freight Ageni, Northern Pacific Railroad, Tacoma, Wash.
Parcels must be sent lo sur Office (with address marked in fall) by 5 F.3, on the day previous to salling.
