These are the first-class gunboats Pigmy. Plover, and Ridghis, the sloop Daphne, the despatch vessels Alacrity, and the third-class ganbast 14. Relief crews will be sent out from England, probably in one of the new first-cla crulers, which will bring back the time-expired mea. The Admiralty propose to set apart the sum of £10,000 for making good the defects and refilling these six vessels, and the work will be entrusted to the Yard in Hongkong.
