YOKOHAMA, February 3rd: The Japanese Dlet has passed a unanimous resolution to the effect that it considers the abjects of the war se yet unattained, and is prepared to grant whatever amounts may be necessary for military expenses in order to establish the prestige of the country. It adopted a resolation expressing the intention of making its sentiments generally known.
