An associa tion called the "Japanese Union" has been formed in Japan, which refuses le take cotton from those who are not members of the Union, and a fine has to be paid to the funds by any member disregarding the role Europeans not yet joined the Union, although the members refuse to bay cotton from foreigners who are non-members.
