The British steamship Foktan reports that she left Tamsat on the roth Instant, Amoy an the 20th, and Swatow on the 21st, From Tamsul to Amoy had light variable winds and Ane clear weather. From Amoy to Swatow had Hight variable winds and fine weather to mid- night, thence had cloudy weather with light south-east winds and moderate well.
