The British steamship Phra Chula Chom Klap reports that she left Bangkok on the oth instant, and Koh-si-chang on the 13th, and bad light to moderate south-west winds and cloudy weather to Pulo Panjang ; thence to the Brothers had heavy rain. From the Brothers to Cape Fadaran had strong south-west breeze and clear weather. From Cape Padaran within 100 miles of Gap Rock had strong south-east winds and cloudy weather with high confused, sen i thence to port had light east winds and fine weather.
