The-Billlab steamship Assam' reports that she left Shanghai on the 24th instant, and 'bad fine weather and smooth sex.

The British steamship Yuensang reports that she left Manila on the 22nd instant, and had moderate north to north-west winds and fine weather.

The Biltlah cruiser Alserliy reports that she left Batavia on the 18th instant, and had fios weather with moderate north-east winds and slight northerly swell.

The German steamship Gerds reports that she left Hamburg on the 6th altimo, and Singa pore on the 19th instant, and had light north- nasi monsoon throughout,

The Brifah steamship- Halias reports_that -she left Swatow on thể sốth instant. From Swatow to Hongkong had light variable winds and cloudy weather With smooth sea.

The Chloese steamship Toonas reports that she loh Nowchwang on the 19th instant, and had moderate south-east gala to Tung-ting, with drifting log; thence to port had moderate vari- able winds and clear weather.

The British steamship Catherine Aßcar reports that she left Calcutta on the 10th instant, Penang on the 17th, and Singapore on the oth After leaving Singapore experienced light mon- soon and fine weather throughout.

The British steamship Siskan reports that she left Saigon on the zoih instant at doon, and experienced fresh head winds and and ses to Cape Padaras; thence had moderate northerly

breese and fins weather to arrival.

The British steamship Pakzkas reports that she lek Bangkok on the 18th instant, and Koh- si-chang on the 19th. Had gentle south to south cast winds with moderate easterly swell to Pule Obi; thence to Cape Padaran had fight north. east winds and fine weather.

From Cape Padaran to Hongkong had moderate cast wind and fine weather.

The British steamship Tales reports that sho left Taiwanfoo on the 19th instant for Amoy, and experienced strong northerly gale and very high || sex, on the same night ship put into the Pesca- darer, left again on the morning of the 21st, and had strong north-easterly breeze and consider able sea to Amoy, Left Amoy on the sand, and had light variable winds and smooth son with fine weaiber to Swatow. Left Swatow on the 14th, and had moderate monsoon and sex to port.

The British steamship Amorise of China reports that she left Vancouver on the 5th Instanz, at 2.17 p.m. ; arrived at Victoria at 8.10 p.m., and left at 8.20 p.m. 1 smired at Yokohama..on the tgth at 8.50 am, and left at 4.50 p.m. the same day. Arrived at Kobe on the 20th at 4.29 pm. Experienced moderate breeze and find. clear weather on passage. Left Kobe for Nga. saklat 1.41 am, on the 31st, striving, at the latter place at 4.30 pm, on the sind. Lait Nagasaki on the sand at 5:37 pm, and experienced gentle breeze and some raio, and anchored off Woosang at z am, on the 24th. Left Woosung at 1.20 p.m. the same day, and after a due passage with light wariable north-easterly_to_south-easterly: "winds; and. smooth sex down the China coust, arrived here this moming at 8.30 o'clock.
