Father Urso of the Church of St. Lucia and the sacristan of that church, arrested on Saturday, with the p iest's sister and nephew, on suspicion of being connected with the rerolu tionists, and subsequently released on the ground that the thousand or more letters found at their residences had been confid d to them, they being supposed to be ignorant of their contents, were re-arrested this morning.
