If the Sums Payable in respect of any of the above Instalments be not paid on or before the respective days appointed for payment thereof respectively, Interest will be charged on the same at the rate of so per cent. per annum from the day appointed for Payment thereof to the time of actual payment, in accordance with Article No. 17 of the Articles of Association of the Bank.
