Bir. G. J. Phillippo, barrister-at-law, appeared for the plaintiffs, and Mr. E. C. Ellis (of Mr. V. H. Deacon's office) was for the defendants.
From the opening statement of counsel it appeared that the plaintiffs had bought from the defendants a quantity of furniture-making machinery, which has already formed the subject of a dispate in the Court. The sale was arranged by Mr. C. F. Rupp, auctioneer, on behalf of the plaintiffs, and Mr. W. St. J. H. Hancock, liquidator, for the defendants."
