Gentlemen are reminded that the proposal for obtaining a vote of the Legislative Council for fonds to establish and maintain the Corps Is conditional on the enrolment of not less than 120 Volunteers by the 31st of January Instant, and the Committee hope, for the credit of the Colony, that this number will be largely exceeded.
