The British steamship Hallas reports that she left Foochow on the 30th ultimo, Amoy on thefrst instant, and Swalow on the 3rd. From Forchow to Amoy had strong north-east breeze with considerable sea and fine clear weather. From Amoy to Swatow had similar weather.
